As a Software Customer Engineer inside our team that develops Radar solutions for Automotive and non-automotive market you will be responsible for receiving, evaluating and coordinating issues as per agreed scope and a second level support Expert. Our team is working on a Radar-based software solutions done on ASIL B compliance for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems.
As part of your activities, you will be the primary contact between the Automotive software teams and the Radar business unit engineers within a robust Technology team. Radar engineers will report issues found during integration of software releases from the Automotive software teams. You will receive the issues, discuss and evaluate them in the Technology team and manage communications between the Radar engineers and the Automotive software teams.
You will ensure the information flow to the Automotive software team, will monitor issue investigation progress, will report status, and will propose corrective actions or solutions, will provide visibility at different management levels into issue related aspects, will grow your expertise in the various software products, and will log all issues in the company’s issue tracking tools.

• Autonomously drive yourself in the process of solving the customer’s requests by: planning, designing and implementing new software solutions, considering customers’ requirements performance improvement and optimization of their products.
• Identification and mitigation of risks and issues
• Understanding of processor architecture concepts
• You have used tracking tools like Jira
• Project management of embedded software products, especially in the automotive field
• Applying standard project management methodologies and blending them with Agile-based methodologies
• Project status tracking and communication
• Achieving results in a multi-cultural environment
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking & writing)
