As HR strategist, you will develop and implement comprehensive hiring strategies aligned with regional talent acquisition goals and business expansion plans. Stay abreast of regional market trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability to inform sourcing strategies.
As hiring expert, you will be responsible for: fostering relationships with your peers & business representatives, building the right profiles for identified roles, ensuring governance and delivery from vendors. You will also champion candidate advocacy by fostering positive candidate experiences, ensuring seamless communication, and supporting our employer branding activities.
As HR organizational expert, you will also handle monitoring and reporting: inclusion in relevant activity KPIs and periodic reporting, depending on needs or leadership, provide support in the implementation of new tools by contributing your perspective, as well as leverage systems, applicant tracking tools, and data analytics to optimize hiring processes and enhance team efficiency while adhering to company process guidelines, relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

8+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
Strong people management skills
Agile methodology
Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English and German)
Proficient in German language (C1 preferred)
Consulting ability and time-management
Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
Experience in stakeholder management and ability to multi-task.
Basic knowledge of labor law.
