• Related degree or 4+ years of proven experience in product design, building and
delivering consumer and/or enterprise products.
• Direct experience across a range of design approaches and methodologies, from
persona development and research to prototyping and the many steps in
between.
• A proven track record of delivering excellent experiences that meet user needs,
product requirements, and strategic business objectives.
• Extensive experience in creating high-quality visual designs, defining UI
requirements, and crafting user flows that effectively support both product and
engineering teams.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop,
Keynote, or Sketch
• Very strong interpersonal skills, with ability to clearly communicate sophisticated
ideas both verbally and in writing form.
• Confidence in presenting design rationale persuasively to all functions of the
organization, including executives.
Nice-to-haves:
• Experience building enterprise workflows to help users get through a
complicated system.
• Previous work experience in the Commerce, online merchandising tools, PIM
software, or a similar vertical is preferred.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones, ensuring
effective collaboration and alignment.
