As a Senior IT Solution Engineer, you’ll consult and support users with Wiki & Knowledge Management solutions based on Atlassian Confluence.
In your new role you will:
Actively support and consult users for Knowledge Management by evaluating requests and implementations
Understand user requirements and integrate them with other platforms, such as Atlassian Jira or Microsoft SharePoint
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external service providers
Conduct user demos and training on best practices
Prepare use case templates and easy start up guides for various user communities
Actively improve the solution landscape through analysis, evaluations, UX Design and reporting
Explore new solutions such as AI and support various projects
Requirements
You collaborate effectively across various boundaries and establish successful partnerships, aiming for solutions that add value. A conscientious approach drives you to continuously improve processes, making them more efficient and effective.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A universitydegree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar
At least 5 years of experience in IT business or technical consulting in an enterprise environment
Proficiency with Applications such as AtlassianConfluence or Jira, MS SharePoint
Strong technical skills in Oracle or MS SQL Databases and Windows Server
Very good understanding of systems, user and functional requirements
Strong communication, training and project coordination skills
Fluency in English, with basic German language skills considered a plus
