● Program Execution & Coordination: Oversee the execution of global retention initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and alignment with internal teams. Partner with the product and ACS team who are leading the initiatives.
● Pipeline & Engagement Tracking: Maintain a structured view of in-progress and completed engagements, monitoring outcomes and progress toward attrition reduction goals.
● Customer Retention Engagement Tracking: Maintain a centralized record of customer engagements, tracking the status, challenges, and impact of retention efforts.
● Capture & Analyze Key Learnings: Identify common themes and success factors from retention engagements, document insights, and translate them into best practices to improve future programs.
● Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between sales, account management, and solutions teams to drive retention strategies and optimize customer engagements.
● Reporting & Insights: Consolidate program performance metrics, document learnings, and provide visibility on success rates, challenges, and areas for improvement.
● Enablement & Best Practices: Support enablement sessions, documentation, and knowledge sharing to scale retention efforts effectively.
● Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize tasks, and drive execution efficiently.
● Analytical & Data-Driven Approach: Capability to track program impact, assess engagement effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
● Collaboration & Communication: Experience working cross-functionally with customer-facing and internal teams to align on retention goals.
