Programme manager with talent acquisition experience, based in Romania but covering Europe.
Looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in Talent acquisition across multiple countries, supporting with a TA transformation, specifically integration of 2 different TA projects. Cross functional role- will be working with payroll, HR, legal.
They need to have global experience to understand best practices in different counties (global alignment). Understand project management as they will be responsible for tracking and sharing the progress, understanding learning gaps, reorganizing teams, upskilling, providing new tools.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Program Manager, Talent Acquisition to implement operational TA objectives across Romania, Hungary, Albania, Turkey, the UK. This role is focusing for ensuring operational excellence by managing key initiatives, maintaining compliance with local regulations and departments, addressing regional complexities, and fostering innovation in recruitment processes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2- 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of talent acquisition programs across multiple countries.
• Implement the integration and execution of TA projects, ensuring seamless adaptation to local conditions and regional challenges while ensuring alignment with broader global TA objectives.
• Align regional recruitment efforts with global strategies while working closely with local teams to mitigate risks and maintain legal compliance.
• Drive innovation in recruitment processes by leveraging data analytics and collaborating with local teams to implement country-specific solutions. Ensure that recruitment operations are optimized for efficiency and aligned with local market conditions, leading to better outcomes.
• Lead upskilling initiatives within the TA function, ensuring that regional teams are equipped with the necessary skills to meet evolving business needs. Oversee the implementation of training programs, ensuring timely execution and alignment with long-term company objectives.
• Proactively engage with partner units to align recruitment programs with current business demands and local market trends. Influence, strengthen collaboration across departments, and enhance the overall talent acquisition experience.
• Balance global TA priorities with local market requirements, ensuring that tailored strategies for sourcing, hiring, and talent pipelines are implemented without losing sight of broader organizational goals.
• Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of managing recruitment programs across multiple countries.
• Experience in operational innovations, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance recruitment efficiency and success.
• Prior experience in change initiatives across multiple regions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions, collaborate effectively, and drive business impact.
