Responsibilities
In your new role you will:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-qualitysoftware solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of senior and junior software engineers to drive individual and team excellence
Champion best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, and deployment processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team
Drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for software development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the architectural design and system integration of software solutions
Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team, promoting a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
University degree in computer science, informatics, or a related field
At least 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, with focus on architectural design and system integration
Proven leadership and mentorship experience, with a focus on guiding and developing both senior and junior software engineers
Expertise in modern web development frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js, ASP.NET Core), programming languages and database technologies
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
Proficiency in agile methodologies, DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
