What you’ll do
· Work with the cross-functional product and engineering teams in establishing workstreams and operationalizing them for efficiency.
· Develop detailed project plans and estimates based on identified risks and options with substantiated recommendations as appropriate.
· Provide effective monitoring and controlling during the lifecycle of projects. Where appropriate, initiate and control escalation within the relevant organization to resolve project issues or mitigate risk.
· Set schedules, and actively manage issues/risks of the programs.
· Facilitate and foster communication within and across teams.
· Drive the coordination and management of dependencies with cross-functional teams
· Ensure cross-functional alignment across all teams on strategy, plans, and execution.
· Communicate program status, risks and mitigation plans to executives.
· Find opportunities to enhance and simplify processes where possible.
· Improve transparency and coordination across functions with clear communication.
· Manage deliverables from external collaborators
Programs within the Digital Experience business unit are complex and require coordination across many teams within several geographies across the globe.
What you need to succeed
· 4+ years proven experience in leading software development programs.
· Degree in Business or Computer Science/Engineering is highly desired.
· Experience with a SaaS, Web or Mobile software company is strongly preferred.
· Experience in Cloud migrations is desired.
· Strong technical background and experience with software / system design and development methodologies (including Agile).
· Excellent presentation / communication skills.
· Ability to prioritize and implement tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within diverse, cross-functional teams.
· An intrinsic ability to deal with ambiguity and having a flexible and adaptive approach.
· Analytical perspective to problem-solving, attention to detail organizational skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.
· Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
