We are seeking a highly organised and creative individual to join our team as an Administrative Event Coordinator with Program Management Skills. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings, while utilising your organisational skills to communicate/ engage with relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Event Planning:
    • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Calendar management
    • Meetings: organises meetings, prepares agenda, takes meeting minutes + follows up on action items
    • Processing expense reports
  • Communication:
    • Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and participants, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
    • Effectively communicate event details and logistics to all stakeholders.
Requirements

 

  • Proven experience in event coordination and administration, preferably with a focus on design.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour in fast-paced environments
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience:
    • Experience in event coordination and administration, with a focus on design.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organisational and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative and detail-oriented with a strong sense of design aesthetics.
  • Technology:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
    • Familiarity with event management software is a plus.
  • Team Player:
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving priorities.
    • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour in fast-paced environments.
