Recruitment Process Management
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, partnering with multiple stakeholders (including Hiring managers, HRBPs and candidates) to source and hire top talent into.
Create requisitions and advertise vacancies.
Manage all candidate applications.
Telephone screen candidates to qualify suitability for the vacancy.
Verify right-to-work status, salary expectations, and assess relevant skills and experience for the vacancy.
Create shortlists for hiring managers to review.
Ensure alignment with business requirements and inform all candidates
of their status, whether successful or unsuccessful.
Manage the interview process including scheduling through the system
Prepare candidates for interviews and any required assessments.
Collect feedback from hiring managers and communicate it to candidates.
Ensure GDPR/data privacy guidelines are adhered throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Sourcing and Diversity
Leverage social media channels like LinkedIn, job boards to tap high potential talent
Proactively search for potential candidates using various channels such as social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub), job boards, and professional
networks
Screen candidates against competencies and cultural values, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout
Conduct initial screenings and interviews/assessments to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Partner with hiring managers in role briefing sessions and calibration calls
Communicate with and manage headhunted talent as they become active
applicants.
Ensure diversity in the candidate pipeline for open vacancies.
Proactively headhunt suitable candidates to enhance diversity within the organization.
Create and manage diverse talent pipelines for future vacancies.
Use the GROW tool to keep candidates engaged through talent communities and campaigns.
Develop talent pipelines for in-demand skill areas in preparation for upcoming attraction events.
Assessment and Selection
Ensure applicants are assessed against company’s Spirit values and complete selection assessments (as required and
in line with policy) to improve hiring decisions.
Follow Talent Acquisition policies and assessment standards managed through the GROW platforms.
Fully brief candidates on position details
and company’s proposition.
Offer and Onboarding Management
Manage the offer process including fully understanding candidate expectations.
Inform successful candidates of their offer, including benefits packages.
Complete the offer process within GROW.
Enable candidate offer letters and onboarding by coordinating with Reward and obtaining necessary HR Business Partner or Worker Council approvals (where applicable).
Manage candidates throughout the vetting process.
Keep candidates updated on progress and aware of next steps.
Work with onboarding teams and other relevant units to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the candidates.
Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience
Deliver an exceptional customer experience to all stakeholders
Provide timely communication and feedback at all stages of the hiring
process.
Ensure feedback is captured within the GROW system.
Provide feedback to every candidate and hiring manager involved in the
recruitment process.
Talent Insights Reporting
Present market insight reports to stakeholders.
Provide qualitative and quantitative reporting on talent mapping and
proactive sourcing activities.
Knowledge
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and talent
acquisition strategies.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Eightfold, SuccessFactors) and recruitment tools.
Knowledge of employment laws, GDPR, and diversity hiring practices.
Awareness of assessment methods and employer branding strategies.
Skills
Proficient in English and skilled at working with remote/dispersed teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and
priorities.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, platforms, and MS Office applications.
Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with processes and policies.
Experience
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles.
Demonstrated success in talent sourcing, including proactive and diversity-focused hiring.
Experience in delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
Previous use of recruitment systems and tools to track and engage candidates effectively.
