Telecommunication
You will:
• Monitor and perform troubleshooting activity on a 24/7 basis: real-time operational control of RAN, IP Fixed and Mobile Transport Collection (including PTN, Omega Collection), Fixed Access equipment (OLT and DSLAM) systems, ensuring the efficient collection of Radio, Mobile Access, OLT, and DSLAM streams.
• Participate in the creation / updating of the procedures and the Technical Instructions in order to be in line with the technical standards in force.
• Has an active role in the coordination and training of new team members if nominated to perform this activity by the direct manager
• Escalates the unresolved incidents towards the responsible groups and aims to observe the performance indicators mentioned in the OLA.
To be successful in the role you must have:
• Intermediate level of technical expertise is required, able to troubleshoot a variety of incidents received from Level 1 Engineers.
• Good understanding of telecommunication networks and network elements;
• Capability to manage and organize information systematically, making it easily accessible and understandable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively sharing knowledge and collaborating with team members.
• Familiarity with Ericsson/Huawei Equipment
• Scripting knowledge, familiarity with command line
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Intermediary French knowledge ( B1 level or above)
• Availability to work in shifts
• On-site Attendance Management
• On-the-spot management of incidents by ensuring follow-up and follow-up with the right priority and according to the impact of the customer.
• Incident handling: Perform commonalities, initial diagnostics, and associated resolution
6 months contract initially (with possibility to extend)
