You will be working as IT Program Manager in a highly agile and dynamic environment. You will be interacting with largest customers in the Education segment to enable onboarding, support large scale tech change projects as well as provide support with troubleshooting and solutioning.

Responsibilities
Deliver complex tech change projects to largest Education customers worldwide.
Manage multiple engagements at any given time from internal discovery/analysis, project initiation to successful project completion.
Work with customers to understand their business objectives, stakeholders, technical architecture, limitations, challenges.
Empathize with customer challenges and gain appreciation of their situation whilst offering support where possible.
Act as the main point of contact for your customer engagements throughout the life of the engagement, beginning at customer nomination to named user deployment completion
Work with Subject Matter Experts to provide detailed guidance on technical topics such as Admin Console migrations, domain claim, SSO configuration, user management automation, guidance around packaging and employment.
Be responsible for project delivery on a day-to-day basis, tracking the main actions and supporting any queries, maintain the project plan, and oversee the delivery process to keep projects on track to ensure successful completion on time (well before serial number expiry)
Maintain regular and appropriate communication with customer teams and internal teams at multiple organizational levels (from engineering teams to C-level executives)
Continually manage customer expectations, scope, and identify/mitigate risks
Help customers build capabilities and implement change.
Achieve customer satisfaction through successful delivery of the project and successful realization of key objectives and metrics
Requirements
4+ years of experience leading client-facing projects in a consulting and/or technology background
Programme Management experience with high profile corporate clients
Experience with/understanding of enterprise infrastructure solution architectures
Be comfortable to challenge where required in a diplomatic and respect manner
Ability to effectively lead and influence people during engagements whilst finding solutions to customer challenges
Creative problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand the impact of technical changes and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems
Organizational skills to plan and coordinate complex projects
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly
